Your care for the community has inspired us to create a tool to bring you closer to your intentions by reducing the bandwidth that managing a Zoom Room takes. Our deepest hope is that you will find deeper connection with the community and more space to focus on more human concerns.
About the Loupedeck Hardware
The Loupedeck is a Streaming Console, or Stream Deck, an input device developed by Podcasters and YouTubers to focus their attention on what they are trying to say rather then the mechanics of the controls. While technology often beautifully streamlines the world around us, sometimes a few knobs and buttons can help quiet the mind.
The Loupedeck itself is a hardware peripheral just like a keyboard or mouse and can plug into any recent computer and some devices and won’t work without installing the Loupedeck Software and adding the files below. It may be used on as many computers as you would like but each one will need to be set up prior to use.
About the InoDeck Profile
When the InoDeck profile is downloaded and installed to your loupedeck, the device becomes a powerful platform for zen group meetings, placing zoom controls, a full doan station, and a chant book at your fingertips. Once connected it can:
Open any meeting via a simple tap
Play a Han
Play Bells
Switch views easily
Adjust meeting settings
Record and summmarize with AI
Provide and share chants to participants
Allow access to background materials on the chants
Provide access to souces of learning curated by the sangha
Additionally, by creating hard buttons, the InoDeck can reveal and demonstrate capabilities that were previously hidden. If you are clever with technology, it opens a world of possibilities. If offline is more your groove, than it can help you get the most out of zoom with

NOTE: SOME ASSEMBLY REQUIRED
Each device must be configured as described in the user guide. If you are adept with technology, it should be a fairly straightforward process, mostly adjusting file names. If you don’t see technology as your friend, we appreciate your attention to the physical world and are available to help you get set up. Feel free to email the developer for help. There are two steps required to create the InoDeck. First get the hardware from B&H, then download the files to a place where you can find it in about a week when the hardware arrives.
